All that college tuition is paying off!

I finally cranked out, or rather crocheted out, an item this weekend for show-and-tell time at my knitting & crocheting class.

It's a kitty. I have yet to add features, or even a tail, but I may keep it that way. The life cast behind the kitty is of me, about 15 years ago. Those were the days, eh?

Very nice Teddy! I didn't know you could crochet! You'll have to teach me. Maybe next weekend!

crocheting Lorel!! And I especially
like the your life cast--how come this is the first I've heard of it??

To: Anonymous (as if I didn't know who you are)... It is a kitty, but I believe I'll name it Teddy.

To: Mom (if indeed that is your real name)... Thanks! The life cast has been in various parts of the house for... I don't remember. There's a story behind it that I'll tell you later.
